On your freebsd post you mentioned writing a tiny stremio clone. How would you build that? I use stremio too but as you said you won't find it packaged on the BSDs and no flatpaks as well so it's hard to daily drive them.

i haven't gotten to building it yet since im a bit busy but im thinking about writing a simple gui in c with xlib + cairo and pango or gtk and then getting the movies from an api like the open movie db api and then torrenting with thepiratebay oh and i only use stremio to watch movies and series so that's what the clone is gonna do
